OEKAKI BBS 설치가 안되네요??

흑흑흑... 왕초보가 또한번 돌맞을 짓을 합니다..

바이너리/ 아스키 를 다르게 설정하라고 했는데 알ftp거든요? 아스키설정하면
모든 파일이 아스키로 되고, 바이너리로 하면 다 바이너리로 되고... 미치겠네요..
